How do Malays feel about Cantonese slang word 'jyu hai' referring to a Malay? |
Travel Info And Malay girls about 'wantan mui'? And Indians about 'tausee'? Is there any Tamil slang for Malays or Chinese (with translation please)? Travel Tips So much for racial harmony and Muhibbah... LOL Others Same when chinese are referred to as 'china apek" or cina kuei. these nicknames are not so frequently used nowadays, they were used more often in the 70's or 80's . Malaysians are more educated, religion and race tolerant now. Most Malaysians will do everything not to break this fragile understanding and respect we have for each other and tried so hard to build. Well, I don't see both my sons (a teenager and one in primary) using any of these terms. Just for the record, both are in Chinese schools and both have Malay & Indian friends, even calling each other over the phone to chat after school and taking photos with each other!! wantan girl?? i dont see the resemblance between wantan and malay girls?? unless u talking about fried wantan crispy brown?? whaha thats why people say cantonese are very vulgar .. i only know hokkien vulgarities .. u want to know? edit: lu kanasai ah luu why dont u tell us the meaning of jyu hair, wantan mui and tausee? where are u getting at AQ? How do u feel if people call u tew ley low mow? U like name calling? Pendatang haram? its a bad word but it mean "stupid pig" in high school my friends used to call malays as "zezz" (sort of a cool term la masa tu where no malays knew what it meant). i am not sure what it mean to be. but i think multiple z z z represents they are lazy. then the indians call chinese "sa de yan" . then the chinese calls the indian " ah ma ne ne" or " in tu kia" Name calling can also be considered as a racial slur and profanity is degrading and not acceptable in any societies. It clearly shows that someone who like to use it is rather uneducated, insecure, racist and coward. People like this tend to hide behind their own language and race! It is more about their upbringing and his/her mentality! Same goes with the question here...! |
