Where can i get a tradinational meassage at night time? |
Travel Info Where can i get a tradinational meassage at night time? Travel Tips Go to BINTANG WALK...... Others What do you mean by traditional? Malaysia is not known for it's massages, do you mean Thai traditional, Turkish, Chinese, Swedish???? You can get a good ol' oil massage at pretty much at any spa in town, the Concorde Spa gives pretty decent oil massages, but personally I'm not a big fan of oil. Siam Bodyworks on Jln Ampang right next to the Thai embassy has some GREAT Thai massages, although sadly about 2x the price you pay hopping the border into Thailand, I think it was around 100RM for close to 2 hours, where I pay about 40RM for a solid 2 hours in Thailand, but still well worth it. Here's a hint, when picking a masseuse, pick one based on skill and not looks. Tell the desk person you want a good massage, no frills. I went to a spa 2 weeks ago and was promptly given a gorgeous model looking masseuse early 20s at most. A bit skeptical, I headed back with her and after 15 minutes of the weakest massage I've ever had, she motioned if I wanted her shirt off. That's fine and dandy but I was there for a good massage. I didn't want to hurt her feelings, but my back was killing me so I asked for the desk girl. After explaining the situation the deskgirl profusely apologized and motioned for a short little woman in her mid 50s that gave me a wicked massage, I could barely walk, I felt like I was floating on a cloud, it was wonderful. Just keep that in mind. There are so many spa and massage houses in KL it's not even funny. SAY NO to reflexology though, every time I think about it my feet curl up and try to hide. It is an evil evil practice, where they try to remove stress and pain from other parts of your body by torturing your feet. I tried it twice. The first time hurt so bad I swore it had to be something wrong with the place I went so I went across town a week later and tried it again, after 5 minutes of agony I got up, paid, and hobbled away as fast as I could, my feet hurt for the next 2 days after that, which was better than the 4 days that the first one made my feet hurt. well u can find it easily in bukit bintang(star hills)..just walk down the street and ull find them alot the cost is aroud rm20 to rm50. and mostly chinese ladies do the massage.. you mean 'massage'...well at night .....i think many decent hotels would have them not sure but why night time? i know what you're thinking of... |
