Is it true that west malaysians always look down on east malaysians? |
Travel Info i've heard a lot of these.jus want to know the opinions.WHY? Travel Tips not all west malaysians are that ignorant. My best buddies are east malaysians. I never segregate them as east malaysians or west malaysians. we are all the same.. we share jokes and they taught me all the bad words and we had the wildest times of our lives whenever we go partying or just staying home gossiping. i visit their house over christmas and they came over during aidilfitri. My guestroom were never empty as they always spend the night after some scrabble challenge we usually had. Back to your question, I always thought it is the other way around. Whenever i step foot in Kota Kinabalu or Kuching i always get a stare, I thought the east malaysians didnt like us very much. :) Peace!! So arent we all the same? Others nope..i dun think so. im fr west malaysia...personally me n my frenz do not despise any of the east malaysians. i don't know but which one will go down on me? it true. alot west m'sian look down on east malaysia i.e. sarawak and sabah. But most economic is from east malaysia. more then 70% of the malaysia economic is from east like oil and gas, timber, oil plam, etc. if east malaysia din't join west malaysia, i guest west malaysia will be very poor. I guess it's the east m'sians lifestyle. N many west m'sians think that the east m'sians are..mostly (Orang Asli) in a sense. So, i guess the look down at them in a way. no .. afterall we are still malaysian ;) yeah, its true.Im a sabahan , i've got one true story, my cousin friend was studying at UTM last time and ppl there was saying that we live in a tree..guess what my cousin friend said...yes we do, but we use elevator to go up & down.hahaha "kena sebijik" |
