Travel Tips
Hi Mia..

The best thing is..if you want to have a budget trip to Langkawi..its the best not to booked from a travel agent as their price are much more damn expensive than whats the hotel actually offered..

i just came back from Langkawi and had the ultimate budget getaways and it was great!!..My recommendation..if you are looking at less than RM150.00 a nite then..you cant never get it from any 3-4 stars hotels as Langkawi hotels are getting much expensive compared to 6-7 years ago..

May i suggest to you from my personal experience...i'd stayed at Sunset Beach Resort which located at Pantai Cenang and Pantai Tengah..its a boutique budget resort and most of their repeat guest are from the western countries and europe..click here for their website http://www.sunsetbeachresort.com.my...

the resort is very nearby to many great things like the underwater world..bistros..cafes..clubs..... many exciting places.. i guarantee that you will never regret staying in this resort..the room rates are inclusive of American breakfast.

for 3 days and 2 nights packages..Mutiara beach resort offers a lot of packages..be it for family or honeymoon..but mind you the resort is kinda far a little bit which is far up to the north and located at Pantai Kok...click here http://www.mutiarahotels.com/mutiara_bur...

hopes this will help!! happy holidays!!

u can try mail some travel agency for some rate to compare..
the one i always get rate from is Peaktraveltour@gmail.com

or u can go on9 search for Malaysia travel agencies. i don recommend u to booke hotel as walk in rate is very very high during visit Malaysia year...I,ve tried it... :(
good luck..and happy holiday.
I don't know where you're situated in terms of transportation, but I'd certainly compare a travel agents package with buying the flights and accommodation seperately.

You'll probably get a much better deal, if you book online with better quality hotels for you money. Everything's available at the hotel and you also have the flexibility of going outside or to another hotels for a meal or their amenities.

Try these people with prices starting at around US$120 for a five star location per room - less for others in the 4 star bracket and 2 stars are only US$30 [ $15 per person !! ].
