Courier to Israel...whats the cheapest option? |
Travel Info i need to send a parcel to my friend in israel, the parcel consist of a pair of bridal wear and a pair of light clothes,with 2 pieces fake accesories .i think it will weight around 2 kg,if anyone out there know whats the cheapest courier available plz let me know...big thanx Travel Tips american express is crdeit/debit/charge card my friend. so ignorant. i normally use fedex. fast and reliable. never tried ups but dhl is okay too which city in israel? eilat, lod, tel aviv or jerusalem? i used to be in israel for about 4 months.. fedex international priority (next day delivery) for 1.8 kg box to philippines costs me about RM 192. i bet israel will cost about rm 400-500 I dont know about those small forwarder. it's so hard to find cheaper cost. my argument is, this small company like city-link, city express, pos malaysia or skynet. they had to pay extra charge because they dont own cargo planes and they had to rely on agent overseas. means your package will change hands so many times it took days or even weeks with the amount of money you paid. sometimes we should pay extra for reliability and speed. it doesn't hurt to pay extra 200-300. your parcel will surely arrive in israel and ah i just remember sending documents from penang to tel Aviv cost me about rm 90. international priority..about 100 grams. documents and parcel rate differs to any Malaysian: you can go to Israel through lebanon. but your passport will not be stamped and should any untoward incident happened to you, it's your own responsibility completely. no diplomatic relations between Malaysia and israel. another way, use another passport. legally or illegally. since i hold dual citizenship (please dont tell malaysian government or else they will revoke mine) i use philippines pasporte to enter israel. through bangkok. Others Probably the US Postal Service.
