The best time to Visit Maldives
is all year round, becasue its Sunny side of life...
But if you are budgeted visit Maldives in between June to October.Rates are little bit lower at this time of the year only.

All Resorts are less crowded,
Maldives resorts are one island one resort concept, they dont accomodate clients if there is not rooms, most resorts have Bungalows, which are individual bungalows, eg> if its a beach Bungalow its individual facing to beach and private beach for you in front.
and if its a water villa also same applies.

Yes You can use Beach wear
in all Maldives Resorts, like Bikini etc, But its not allowed to use Beach Wear in Local Islands ( Resorts are only one island one resorts, which means no locals live in Resorts)
also example for Privacy in maldives, specially resorts in maldives are knows as a Luxury Getaways or Hideaways.

in maldives are mostly Maldivians, but there are other country Staffs from Different parts of the world to maintain the quality of service eg: Special Italina Cooks From Itally, indian cooks from india, Hospitality esperienced managers from Australia, UK, USA ....( what ever nationality it is maldives maintains its own traditional and personal hospitality of each service they offer )

you can visit maldives between february to june,and august to october.sometimes june and july can be the rainy season. and october to january will be the peak season,so to avoid crowd avoid anytime between october to february,it can also be expensive and hard to get a reservation.about beachwear, yes you can everything,but not when island cruising or visiting the capital city.
mostly maldivians work in resorts.the government encourages local staff to join and also train many local staff, but there are some foreign resort owners and also staff, but the majority is maldivians.
