Is there any other destination other than the maldives that have villas in the water? |
Travel Info My fiance n i are going to elope and are looking for a similar feel to the maldives in the pacific islands. something a bit closer to home to cut back the cost. my only want is to have a villa in the water but lookin on the net i cant find any other than the maldives. PLEASE HELP Travel Tips Problem is, we do not know where you are from, so, how else can we know where is closer to your home? Nevertheless, there is one at Bintan. It is an adventure camp which has stilted houses on water. It's called the Loola adventure camp. Pretty cheap to stay. There is one on one of the Malaysian island as well. But I kept the brochure in the office. Think it's called something redang? Hope someone else can help. Have fun! Others venice lol I am from South Africa, The best place I went to was MOZADEV.(it's a place in Mozambique) I can get you contact details!It' really, really cheap and it has 100 lodges on the water!I had the best vacation ever!!!!! we have that here in the philippines, particularly in palawan. you check this site www.palawan.com. i would recommend resorts in el nido and busuanga palawan because they have cottages in the water. amanpulo is very nice but it is very expensive. good luck! www.palawan.com bora bora you may go to Vanuatu which is closer to Australia or to Mauritious! they too have beautiful water bunglows and ceychelles in the south indian ocean also an another option! however if you wish to go in the caribbean.. Bermuda, Bahamas,Turks and caicos Cayman Islands are prime locations for your choice! |
