I would say out of those 3 that Didsbury is best.
You should try Stalybridge though, it's great!!! :D

didsbury! it is an up and coming area...(well, nearly already there)! i live down the road, so know from experience! lol

Does it have to be Manchester? I grew up in Bury, Greater Manchester and there is loads to do and lots of smaller safer and quieter villages around that area. Plus you can be in the centre of Manchester in 10 minutes
the poshest is didsbury very nice but full of students easy access to manchester

worsley is nice but not as built up

denton is the worst of the3 as things are spread out but on the moterway network in easy reach of various town like hyde stockport and easy reach of manchester
