They mimic what they hear, so the voices closest to them are the ones that create the child's accent. Same as language.

From their parents and community
Their community and parents.
by observing the lip movements of the mother
They just say what they're used to hearing, unknowingily, they'll change it to adapt depending on who they're with...i guess
They do from their family and area where they live.
From just listening i guess..

saying that - i have a slightly different accent than my family and friends which is wierd...
