Hotels near Manchester Evening News Arena? |
Travel Info I am going to a UFC match on the 21st of April in the Manchester Evening News Arena. I have never been to Manchester and will be arriving by train. Any suggestions of a cheap hotel that is close to the stadium? Thanks soooo much! Travel Tips The Ramada is the nearest to the Arena. Others There are a few within easy walking distance. Their is a travel inn within 5 minutes walk or the Travelodge, Manchester Central is just a bit further away, easy to walk to. Their are lots of hotels to choose from. The best bet may be to go to laterooms.com and search for hotels in Manchester. The Arena is almost in the city centre, next to Victoria train station (although you are likely to arrive at Piccadilly) Enjoy your day out. I went to manchester for the first time in nov to a concert in the arena and i stayed in the travel lodge just up the road from it about a 15 min walk from stadium or something it wasnt far anyway and it was lovely the room was great lovely and clean and very handy from walking back from the concert late at night.
