Manchester tomorrow night after ufc70 where to go?

Im going to ufc 70 tomorrow night and will prob go out after for a drink and a boogie, where should I go? Dont want somewhere to upper class and what about dress codes?

Tiger Tiger at The printworks is OK and there are other options along Deansgate and Peter St.
Dress codes are crazy in Manchester. Most places have them but they vary as to what 'labels' and design of shirts are/are not acceptable. A lot of places now refuse entry to anyone dressed in black as they might be mistaken for doormen/bouncers!!!
