What's ahppening in Manchester the end of February and the begining of March?

I was wanting to be in the UK on Saint David's day but I can't find a room. Is St. David's day that big of a deal there? I am only interested because it is my b-day. Thanks!

st. Davids day is very big in Wales, but you should have no trouble fining somewhere to stay in the rest of the UK

Ummm.. it's April now so maybe you mean next year? It's a bit soon to say, really, though there will be a St Patrick's Day parade on Sunday March 16th.
