no we do not,if we have hotel accomdation,return ticket n USD2 for a water bottle,cz water is not served on a table! Source(s): my own xperience!

No. I think they take American Express.
If you are holding a valid indian passport also endorsed with minimum USD 50/day for the duration of stay, have a confirmed return airticket, confirmed hotel/accomodation booking OR sponsor letter from a local resident there...then you may avail of Visa-on-arrival at Port Louis Airport., ie. if you have all the above- then you dont need a visa stamped here before you board your flight out of India

if you mean a visa to enter the country: it depends on where you are coming from but citizens of most "western" countries do not need a visa for a stay up to three months.
