Travel Tips yes i have been to mauritius because im from india and i went there for hoildays there are these small hut type houses al round hut type houses u can find near that a beaches are there its a very beautiful place Others i wish i had been quicker and rated the best answer. THE BEST ANSWER IS DEFINITELY NOT THE ONE UP.IT'S THE LAST ONE I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN AS IT DOES NOT SHOW ANYTHG ABT MAURITIUS. THE BEST ANSWER COMES FROM GULLU WHO DESCRIBED THE PLACE FROM HIS HEART AND SOUL. THANKS GULLU!!! My husband was born on the island and his parents still have a place there. It is a beautiful place. The beaches are realatively unspoiled compared to many. Definitely a tropical paradise if you have the money to stay at a luxurious hotel on the beach. Believe me its paradise.. mark twain a famour america writer said that Mauitius was created first then heaven was copied on it ans believe me he was right. mauritius is one of the most beautiful tropical islands on the planet but what stands out are the people... anybody from anywhere in th world will be at home there.. all major langages are spoken, all major cuisines are found, the weather is fabulous, its not expensive, its the place to be anytime... i can go on for pages and ages...wha else do you want to know about the island? 30 years of life! |
