Travel Tips am a mauritian, zere r loads of things out here, one of the most striking thing is ze variety of cultures out here, here u will find hindus, muslims, christians and buddhists living in perfect harmony, we celebrate most festivals together and christmas is celebrated at a national level...ze beaches r also gorgeous, the sun, the nature areas such as chamarel stated above, the waterfalls r just wow and many people say zat mauritians r cool people, always ready to help...well its upto u 2 decide abt zat and 4 this u will have to come to our paradise island...ur z most welcome n wish u have a nice stay! Mauritius..........I go every year, loads to do, you can vist chameral, couloured earth, do trips by boat with BBQ to ile aux cerfs, visit catamaran to gabriel island with BBQ, visit pomplempousse gardens, visit vanilla crocodile park, visit casela bird park, visit ile ambre, and go swimming with dolphins, do under sea walking, go unsersea in a submarine, island has good bus service and its cheap..visit www.virtualtourist.com and.if you really want cheap basic accomodation check this site www.allamanda.mu you wont get cheaper than that, its close to sea, close to shop and restaurant and on local bus route... if you need to know more mail me justtoooosweet@yahoo.com I live in Mauritius...and it is the best place to live in! u have lots of places of interest... great beaches...good hotels..natural parks to visit..many shopping malls..different culture & traditions.. u just hav to visit here once! |
