What do u think of the sale of an apartment which cost $54, 000 of an area of 50m2 , 100 m from the beach?

hi, well before thinking anything one should know what kind of apartment it really is, i mean in which condition it would be handed to an eventual buyer, is it brand new, is it fully furnished, on which floor it is etc. Pay $54,000 for 50m2 even if it's not far from the beach it's quite expensive (though it may sound fair and affordable to a foreigner)
