It depends on what kind of atmosphere you prefer and uh...your age. I'm answering from Mazatlan, I live here and all I can tell you is: For young people, Sumbawa, next to Valentino's. Also The Coliseum and The Box. For adult people I would recommend Valentino's, the lobby at Hotel Playa Mazatlan and the Mambo Cafe night club.
