Can anyone suggest a small church in Melbourne which is in a quiet location and fairly near the sea or Yarra? |
Travel Info for my wedding? I would like it near enough to somewhere nice for the reception but far enough away that its not on a busy main road. Thanks Travel Tips Williamstown is about 12km out of the city, a 10-15 minutes drive across the Westgate bridge. Its a stunning spot near the sea and there's a couple of churches there and lots of choices for photographs and receptions in the area. Its away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the east and no problems with parking for your guests. Other Travel Tips Not in the area you are looking, but if you want to consider further away from your suggested areas, there's a little church just for weddings, called St. Cuthberts, in Menzies Creek. very pretty and not on a busy road......
