Double demerit if speeding in Easter holiday 2007 in Victoria in Australia?

Travel Info
Hi,
If I speeding at 104km/hr along a 100km/hr speed-limited freeway, would I get double demerit in Victoria in Australia?

Travel Tips
There has been talk about double demerit points on long weekends like easter. For speeding in Victoria in general You can check out this site below...
For speeding less than 10km more than the limit the penalty is $134 fine and 1 demerit point.

If you were caught speeding over the easter weekend you should have already received the fine...

You shouldn't be speeding anyway. Source(s): http://www.justice.vic.gov.au/ca256e5f00...
