If I earn 2700A$ p.m., will it be possible to rent a small house (~250A$ p.w.) near Eltham? |

YOU KNOW WE DON'T HAVE MONEY! You should be able to .... how close to Eltham are you looking at? Specially if you are going to offer students a place to live. Just make sure you get a bind from them (put the bond in a bank account that is difficult to withdraw from so that it is always there if the student wants to leave and there is no need for you to keep the bond). Eltham can be high priced, but the surrounding areas can be a bit more reasonable, or a place away from the main townships. Good luck |
