Travel Info I'm moving to Melbourne. I'm into rollerblading is there a good indoor skate parks in or near the city? Travel Tips not that i know of,everyone skates along the st kilda foreshore or around Albert park lake and other paths around the city. Others As far as Im aware there are no indoor facilites, but there are plenty of paths in our parks and coastal walks St Kilda is a nice place to blade. Or you may wanna try along the banks of the yarra in the city. The botanic gardens is a nice choice too. There is an indoor inline or roller skating rink at the Laverton Skate Centre - about fifteen minutes drive from the city (03) 9369 4634. The biggest indoor skate park is out at Cranbourne - about an hour from the city. There is a Melbourne inline speed skating club based at the Sports and Aquatic Centre right near the city. http://www.lavertonskatecentre.com.au... http://www.melbourne.vic.gov.au/info.cfm... http://www.bladeworx.com.au/aboutus... http://www.melbournespeedclub.org.au... |
