Question for all those living in the Melbourne/Werribee/Geelong area?? |
Travel Info I'm from Geelonglong in Victoria Australia and I drive up and down to Melbourne many times a week and there is one thing that annoys me. Outside the Werribee Open Plains Zoo there are those big metal signs that have holes in them that make pics of animals. There is one that none of my friends and family know what the hell it is. It is the last one when you are heading into Geelong from Melbourne. So far we have camel, rabbit, fly, spider and I think it is a hippo with it's mouth open. If you know what it is please help. If it makes it easier you can list them all. Ta Travel Tips I didn't think there is a Camel, I thought it was a Giraffe, and the last one is a Hippo. I used to go past there from Melbourne to Geelong daily, and had trouble working out the rabbit, until my nepew told me that's what it was. But the last one is definatly a Hippo with it's mouth open Others I live in Drysdale, so you know what I have to do now, don't you?? I'll just HAVE to have a drive down the blasted highway to have a look! I used to see those things all the time but didn't really take any notice of which animals they were. |
