Thats crap about the night life ... I've been out in Canberra a few times and didn't get back to the motel till sunrise..thats great compared 2 where i live cause everything shuts at 1:30 am yhere..LOL I don't mind it but i would hate to live there cause i love the counrty but i love going there for shopping or to just go over and check out the zoo ,questicon , floriade and all the other attractions .. People seem friendly enough there.. Don't like driving there ..it's like a huge country town spread out all over the place and theres no freaking signs ..well they are in dumb places i always get lost .. anyways u can make the most of anyplace u live.. if you really want to go to the uni there go for it..it will be exciting for you!!

HELL NO!!! Canberra is the worst place in the world. there is NO night life. everything closes in the afternoon. Its full of politicans and old people. There is literally nothing there but galleries, museums and memorials

Canberra is one of the best place I am looking forward even myself to go there sometime.

The University of Canberra is a great university...a great research university. Their is a lot to to in Canberra so you'll never be bored! I think it would be a great place to live. Go for it.
