What winter wear should i pack for stay in melbourne australia in july? |
Travel Info It is my first time. I have fleece pullovers, thermals, gloves. Should I invest in a heavy thermal jacket. Travel Tips i am indian from south. i have been here for last 10 years never once i used any gloves or anything.. dont buy anything from india.. u get good products for very cheap prices here in melbourne.. go to a shop called forges in footscray. and u will be amazed to see that all the products are very very cheap .. Others just a pullover Check out the average daily temp on http://www.wunderground.com/global/stati... It's not that cold now & in July it will be moving out of winter there. Layer clothing, no need to buy a heavy jacket, which will only take up weight & space allowance in your luggage. Have fun! depends on how sensitive you are in cold weather. i, for one, am sensitive. can't even stay long in an air-conditioned room not unless i'm wearing a thick sweater. Dunno wat otha ppl r thinkin but i live here nd its pretty cold atm. max temp at hotham was -7 today. in teh city was bout 10-12. you;ll need warm stuff but pass on the thermals As July is the coldest month for us you'll need something fairly warm. I wear a goosedown North Face coat which keeps me snug and protected from the elements. I'd recommend a hat too! |
