Travel Tips There is a hotel near the Spencer St train staion (Right in the heart of Melbourne) that has a 7 Eleven on the corner and is 2 doors up from a backpackers. It is called the Hotel Enterprise or Entreprise hotel. We stayed there for Melbourne cup. It is very cheap, basic and clean. But it was in a great location. Public transport right outside the door virtually.
