Travel Info my friend wanted to migrate to australia and completed his migration papers, landed in australia but returned back to UAE to continue his job here. Now he has to go for a interview where the job portfolio says "Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the Australia" & "The company will not provide or assist in obtaining work permits". My friend qualifies for the requirement of this job? Does he have the legal right to live and work in Australia? How can he get work permits? What are the basic requirements he should demand for during the interview so that he can lead a decent, honourable life with his wife (housewife)+3 children?
Travel Tips
On your friends visa it will say something like Class BN Subclass 136 - if the Subclass number starts with a 1 or an 8 then he has the right to live and work in Australia. Of course the visa will still need to be valid.
