Travel Info I put a similar question on here the other day but have only just found this section which seems much more suited! Any info on what life is like in Melbourne would be appreciated, thanks. Travel Tips Hi, I moved from UK to melbourne 2 years ago, i found a job easy. Melbourne is a very easy going relaxed city. It isnt as busy as Sydney, however still offers most things u would find in Sydney. Melbourne is known all over the world for its cafe culture, its underground and secret bars in the city. It also has alot of parks, great food and wine, and plenty to do. The two main ones are probably Seek, and MyCareer (run by Fairfax). http://seek.com.au/ http://mycareer.com.au/ The best tip I could give you is to find work in Western Australia. The economy over there is booming with a genuine and reported jobs surplus. Wages are attractive and rents and housing relatively cheap. Make your fortune over there and move east later.
