I think you would need to get someone to sponsor you. Talk to your embassy.
do you have a profession, ie a degree? have you worked in any field for a few years? do you have loads of money that you are prepared to invest in the country? any relo's living in Oz? there are other ways to get into Oz, but the best thing is to check out the immigration site and see if you pass the basic points system.
