The cheapest rental car company would have to be Rent-a-Bomb, located on Bridge Road in Richmond. The cars are really old, but work. If you want real reliability, use one of the big rental companies. They may be a little expensive, but offer newer cars in really top condition. You can book online to save a little money if you want. Go to the corner of Elizabeth Street and A'Beckett Street, in the CBD. About 5 rental car offices there to choose from. Good luck. Others G'day, I'll say Rent-A-Bomb will be the cheapest but you'll never know what some bigger companies may have specials on.
