However I strongly suggest that you use the service of a real estate agents, since things can be a bit difficult with tenants and a good agent usually can handle things on your behalf pretty quick. There are a list of the agents in Melbourne on those websites. Choose the one in your properties' area and send them e-mail one by one for the service charges.
