Does anyone know anywhere CHEAP to stay in Melbourne...? |
Travel Info Hi im 29yo gay guy, looking to come to melbourne for 1-2 weeks from Sydney... I know nobody there.. wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that is good to stay, preferably under $50 per night.... any other tips for the city... Ive never travelled from sydney domestically! When in Melbourne don't just stick to the CBD. Check out the inner suburbs like Richmond, St Kilda, Prahran, Fitzroy etc. All have great features (pubs, food, live music, great old bulidings etc). All are accessible by tram for a couple of dollars........ actually just read you are gay. Try Commercial Road (near Chapel Street) Prahran to meet your own types.
