Travel Tips
When I was in Melbourne, I went to a good one on Elizabeth street. I stayed at Toad Hall and it's right next door. It was a really good one I thought...cheap if you register (just your name), not too busy and the owner was really nice.

I can't remember the exact price. I remember the sign outside said $5 if you register, but that was the regular price. When you register it was something like $3 and you get an hour free when you first register...that's what it was last April/May anyway.

Others
I have a home to go to here so don't use the internet cafes and can't tell you what they cost (at a guess A$5/hr), but last time I noticed there were a few on the west side of Elizabeth St near Franklin St (since there are hostels and a bus station nearby), and another on the east side of the street on the last block before Flinders St station.
