What's the traffic like on the Eastern Freeway (Inbound) at 7-7:15am?

What's the traffic like around Hoddle Street to Inner City at around 7:15am-7:30am.

Ps. For a weekday.

You are an early starter it is generally pretty good at those times but I would say get to Hoddle street at 7.15 and you would get a decent run up to the Swanston street roundabout. People are leaving at earlier times because of the train problems here lately

In a nutshell, bloody hopeless, then about 8 am it gets worse.
Done this trip many a times - it's about 1/2hour from springvale road to hoddle street - then it could be another 20 minutes from hoddle street to inner city. I would allow an hour from Springvale Road. School holiday are a bit quicker, but if there are any sort of train strikes it could take longer.
