Travel Info Melbourne/Brisbane residents... is there a rough equivalent Brisbane suburb for Sunshine in Victoria? Travel Tips sounds like woodridge is about the equivalent if sunshine is known as scum-shine Others I just thought I'd let you know that Sunshine is not a very nice suburb of Melbourne. It's known locally as Scum Shine. maybe similar to logan,but sunshine is only 10 km out of the city and houses are starting to head upwards in price so given some more time i think sunshine will take off,just like yarraville (a close suburb to sunshine) which is now very expensive and a place to be,that scum shine tag may still exist but its not the same as it was 20 years ago. |
