I know this has been asked but I still dont get it clear..I am a Resident of the US not Citizen ... I've talked with people and they said that if I dont have a pasaport then a need an ID from Mexico called Matricula with you can get at the Consulate...Even the consul said I need one..and here you guys are stating that you dont..they said that the Mexican consuls needs to see that you are a mexican citizen to enter ... I am very confused.. I wonder it is is just to get money out of us..Please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!
