True or False Mexico City is the highest altitude of any city in North America and the worlds largest capital?

Travel Tips
Mexico City is either the world's third or fourth biggest city behind Tokyo, New York City and possibly Seoul. The metropolitan area extends beyond the limits of the city and encompasses tens of independent municipalities located in the State of M茅xico (Estado de M茅xico), to the north, east, and west of the D.F., extending as far north as the State of Hidalgo. The metropolitan area of Greater Mexico City had 17,308,562 inhabitants at the 2000 Mexican census but estimates go as high as 22 million. Fodors describes Mexico City as the highest and oldest metropolis in North America so that part appears to be correct. Source(s): Wikipedia Mexico City
