When is the cheapest time of year to fly to Mexico city?

Busy vacation time to Mexico City (most major international flights land there) is Holy Week and Easter week, everybody has time off and there is a lot of traveling... and then after school is out, which is mid June to mid August... and finally Christmas break, the last two weeks of December. So any time in between would be a good time to go. I just went there in May, my flight, round trip non stop out of Detroit, Michigan was 400 dlls.
