What are some good discount hotels near the U.S Mexico City Embassy?

Travel Info
I have an appointment there next month, I will only be staying one night

Also how do I narrow it down when trying to book one online, Im traveling from California for business but need to update my passport there, here in the states it will take me 2-3 weeks which is not enough time to receive it.

Travel Tips
I麓m a chilanga (name given to people who live in DF--> Mexico City)There is a beautiful and cheap kind of bed and breakfast place just 1 block away from the embassy.. on Rio Sena.. I don麓t know if they have a web page but I have friends who have stayed and they all love it.. it should be around $40 to 60usd per night.
The name is Casa Gonzalez.. they speak very good English (the owner麓s mother is american) and the phone number is (52+55) 5514-33002 Source(s): Myself
