well its going to cost 155 and that is alot chaper becasue i think that if your chile is under 2 he or she is free is that right? and i need to know can i use my birthcertificat to get accross the border and then when im ready to come back to the usa can i just get a passport over there or can i still use my B.C as well as my son's becasue i plan on getting married while im over there but my soon to be husband will not come back with me this time but the next time he will... can u help?
