Cheap places to stay in Mexico.?

I'm looking for budget hotels (under US$20)
in Mex City. Not fussed on quality so long as it has a lock on the door, a bed and running water.
Also heading to Guadalajara, Acapulco and Oaxaca, among a scattering of other places.
