Another option is to take the bus from the airport to Puebla CAPU (they leave about every 20-30 minutes) and then take a bus to Cordoba, Ver. The bus to Puebla is about 2-2 1/2 hours and then it is 3 hours to Cordoba. You should know, however, that the buses from the airport are more expensive. The bus from TAPO to Cordoba is about 5 hours and there is frequent service. Try this website for prices and schedules:
