Travel Tips I assume you have the resources to live in Mexico without an income. In order to become a legal Resident Alien in Mexico you have to have a VERIFIABLE income of $1000 per month. If you are not a legal Alien, your chances of adopting a Mexican Child are about slim or none. Check with the Mexican Consulate to get the papers. You will need a certified copy of your Birth Certificate and your U.S. Passport I wish you luck |
