They are in a place called Teotihuacan. depending on the area that you are in Mexico city it will take some time to get there because of the trafic. I live in Texcoco wich is about 15 Min from the Pyramides. Others used to be. Mexico city is built on an old city that was there before the spanish invaded and took over. now the closest is 50 miles south. The pyramids of Teotihuacan are 25 miles northeast of Mexico City. You can also visit ruins of the Templo Mayor in the downtown Zocalo area. yes The Templo Mayor is the ruins of a pyramid in the Centro Hist贸rico of Mexico City. About an hour north of Mexico City is Teotihuac谩n, which has many pyramids. Yes there sure are... and there are many pyramids in other states of Mexico too, like in Oaxaca, Campeche, Chiapas, Quintana Roo, Yucatan and others. |
