Miami hotel advice?

We are 5 women in their 30's going away on a girls weekend to Miami. We are looking for nightlife but also want spa treatments during the day. We want to also be able to sleep at night and do not want to be woken up by noise outside of the hotel. So, that being said, we probably want something off of the main road. Also, we are looking for something that is not too too expensive. Any suggestions on a hotel?

OK, here it is.... but you better pick me as Best Answer, je, je.....
The South Beach Marriott, its in the middle of all the fun, has spas and the rooms are high enough (and thick walled) so you wont hear all the kids partying till 5 in the morning. (From personal experience) Another option, The Ritz Carlton- great spa!
