Where can you go swimming with the dolphins in Naples, FL? |
Travel Info I'm going to Naples, FL for Spring break (March 4-9) with 2 friends. We are in our early 20's (we are of age) and looking for some fun things to do. We were thinking about swimming with the dolphins but we aren't sure where we can go. Any responses are appreciated! Travel Tips I live near Naples and my hubby works for a resort that has offices from Pt. Charlotte to Naples Cay. I know alot of places have swimming with manatees in this area but have not heard of dolphins although I have seen them everywhere swimming not too far from the shore. If you want to email me between now and March when you will be here, I can do a lot of research and have my hubby inquire with the reservationists (since their jobs are to know everything to do down here) to see where to go, their hours, prices, etc. Are you willing to travel a little between say Tampa and Marco Island? You can also try to see if there is anything in the Keys. I would research now, since I have a lot of books for the area, but I don't have the time also Sanibel or Captiva Island may have something like that. You may want to see if gulfshore life magazine has a website with the info. they are very informative on things to do here. Best of luck and email me with questions if you like. Others no where you gotta go to orlando Don't know about Naples, but you can swim with dolphins at Miami Seaquarium and in Key Largo. Unless your into Bistros, shopping, basking in other Peoples luxuries. Head over to Ft. Myers beach, now your talking. More for your age bracket. Its about 45 min,less, away. Have fun. |
