Are you familiar with the florida keys?

Travel Info
for the past two years my wife and i have driven from ct. down to key west for a couple of weeks in febuary/march. we stay cheap by camping. any good ideas for places to stay, things to do, places to eat along the way? Particularly the middle keys. islamorada/key largo. thanks

Travel Tips
I found a very economical place to stay a little ways from key largo this June called Ocean Pointe.....I can fit my whole 6 member family in it .....its quiet and nice looking and cheap and full functional kitchen..... Source(s): travel agent

Other Travel Tips
The state parks are nice to camp at. The Keys Fisharies in Marathon is a good place to eat. Just don't get injured or need madical care here. The doctors are useless.
personal experience
Holiday Isle in Islamorada is great. Lots of people between college age and 45. They have a Tiki Bar which is so much fun. People are friendly, cause there's some drinking going on. They have a giant pool with a bar IN it. Or the water in 10 feet away.
