Thus was its reputation when it was horse & cattle ranches. Now it is mostly just a suburb of Ft. Lauderdale, with its western part still semi-rural.

i've been there beofre and i thought it was very nice. seems affordable...while still near a beach!

no, it's kind of country in a way(you see horses with riders everyy ondce and a while but that's it) - but not realy - my cousins live around there (we vist them often) - it's a homey city away from all that hustle and bustle in Miami - message me if you want to know places to go in Davie
