Visiting miami by the end of march???

i'm planning to visit miami beach by the end of march with my family and i would like to know some good attractions as well as shopping malls.
Also , i would like to know a good computer store as well as a store to buy digital cameras.

Travel Tips

Shopping Malls: Biggest outlet mall: Sawgrass Mills (if you prefer to speak Spanish - Dolphin Mall) Biggest upscale: Aventura in North Miami Beach. South Dade has Dadeland; & The Falls. Absolutely most expensive per sq. foot: Bal Harbour Shoppes.
Best Computer Store: Tiger Direct: South Dade on US-1 and West of the Airport in a shopping mall whose name I forget.

I would wait and go in the fall the water is warmer, the weather is still warm. Went in October and the Ocean was warm as bath water. Went in spring the water was cold and it was cold at night.
