The best used bookstore in Miami is the Kendall Bookshelf. They have two locations, the one on US1 is better for non-fiction and the other one is better for Romance.

There are very few good bookstores in Miami, if you are willing to drive a bit further there are two very good used bookstores in the South Florida area. The best one is Bookwise (its huge and stocks everything non-fiction you can imagine) and the Book Exchange, which also carries used and new comics.
