Travel Tips Buy a boat, drive to Biscayne Bay, get your boat in the water and climb in, put your boat on full throttle while throwing fish in the water and screaming "Manatees, Manatees, Manatees I love them all so much hahahahahaha" then quickly abort ship and dive in the water, slap the water 10 times and make loud grunting noises under the water. Good luck! Others Forget Miami. Go to Homosassa Springs Florida, the main hangout for manatees. There is a huge park there where you can see these endangered animals up close. YOU CANT IN MIAMI YOU HAVE TO COME NORTH TO THE GULF COAST TO EITHER CITRUS COUNTY OR MANATEE COUNTY THEY ARE VERY GENTLE ANIMALS It's illegal to 'harrass' manatees, which includes swimming up to them. However, I saw plenty on a trip to the Sanibel/Captiva Island area. |
